Not only did they go above and beyond to return a piece of jewellery I had forgotten, but they also ensured that I had access to high-quality ironing facilities, which made my stay incredibly convenient. the heating in the apartment was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy throughout my visit. the well-equipped kitchen with top-notch cookware and utensils allowed me to prepare delicious meals just like at home. the cherry on top was the convenient location near various restaurants and cafes, including Claudios Restaurant, Black Bull Hotel, and Edinburgh Woollen Mill Restaurant, making dining out a breeze. Overall, my experience at the hotel exceeded my already high expectations, and I will definitely be returning in the future.
